The Andorran firm Abast has announced this week its commitment to renew its sponsorship of FC Andorra, the Andorran football team that will play in the First Federation league this season. The Andorran club will fight to achieve promotion again to the second division of the Spanish league and, to do so, it will have the support of prominent companies in the Principality, among which is the Abast group.
“We have been committed to the FC Andorra project from the beginning, as we believe that it is a country-wide commitment that is aligned with our values. We want to continue supporting the club in these times, when the unity of the fans and companies in the country will hopefully help them achieve all their goals for this season,” explains Marc Urgell, managing partner of Abast.
Abast will also continue to be one of the main sponsors of the FC Andorra team in LaLiga Genuine, the club's team with functional diversity. “We promote Andorran talent and the younger generations within the framework of our commitment to Andorran society. Support for this team, with whom we will collaborate for the third season, is a prominent part of our CSR policy.”explains Helena de Torres, communication director of the Abast group and responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
